Cottage Booking Terms and Conditions

  • A deposit of 25% is payable upon booking and the balance due 4 weeks before your stay. If booked less than 4 weeks in advance the full amount will be required to secure the booking.
  • 10 days prior to your stay we will send full directions on how to get to the cottage and where to pick up the key.
  • Arrival at the Cottage should not normally be before 3 p.m. and the premises must be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure (unless prior arrangements have been made).
  • Should you wish to cancel the booking for any reason we will try to obtain a replacement booking and, if such a replacement is found then we will refund any monies already paid less a £20 handling charge. However, in the event of us being unable to re-let the Cottage, we will be entitled to retain all payments made and recover any balance of the hiring charge due.
  • We do ask you to pay for any damage or breakages before you leave the Cottage.
  • Sorry no smokers. Pets by arrangement only.

The Lake District is the largest national park in England. There's plenty to do and see.
