Prices are based on a full weeks stay (usually 3 pm Friday to 11am the following Friday). Saturday to Saturday is also available. Weekends 6pm Friday to 6pm Sunday.

Cottage Booking Terms and Conditions

Pets welcome by arrangement only.
A deposit of 25% is payable upon booking and the balance due 4 weeks before your stay. If booked less than 4 weeks in advance the full amount will be required to secure the booking.
10 days prior to your stay we will send full directions on how to get to the cottage and where to pick up the key.
Arrival at the Cottage should not normally be before 3 p.m. and the premises must be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure (unless prior arrangements have been made).
We do ask you to pay for any damage or breakages before you leave the Cottage.
We are a non Smoking Cottage.

Places to visit

The Lake District is the largest national park in England. There's plenty to do and see.
